Claudio is one of the most conscientious and helpful people I have ever had the pleasure to meet, even if it’s just been virtually. I have learned so much during the first set of lessons I’ve taken with him, and he consistently tries to go above and beyond what he promises in terms of offering assistance and trying to make sure people understand. The organization of the course not only based on slides but on a part of Q&A is very useful for me, I am also learning a lot of technical notions both for the shooting and for the use of the camera. Wow effect, we usually speak about the "Wow effect" in photography. With this course, I also had a "Wow effect". I am photographer since several years for the press and in dog photography since 5 years. I wanted to follow the course to improve my skills in editing and business. I thought I knew already a lot about technique. I was wrong! I have learned a lot from the first lessons. Following Claudio's advice allowed me to make better photos already and to know why! The lessons, by Zoom or video, are very motivating. When you can follow them, it is really good to be able to ask questions if you don't understand something.. Being in my late 50s, I am in the process of preparing for a change of pace and ultimately exiting my career in IT sales, and focus with my wife on our Pet Photography business. I am loving your DogPhotography Course so much! Last night I learned to use my D5 properly ... I changed it back from back button focus to the proper way using the shutter button! I met Claudio during one of his Nikon's workshops in Turin. I was in the group of dog owners, that is, those who had made their furry friend available for the actual shooting. Not having a reflex camera and not being in the group of photographers, I was able to follow Claudio without bothering him and above all without him noticing me. They were tackling the theme of portraits and Claudio was working in live view. So, from behind him, I could see exactly what he saw. Yet on that screen everything was transformed, everything became magic. His Nikon was an extension of his hands, he moved it with disarming confidence. And whatever he framed, became a painting.
